The new Wixroyd Aviation Pip-Pins range is produced according to NASM norms and tested to NAS standards. Our manufacturing processes have been assessed and certified by EASE (European Aerospace Supplier Evaluation) to EN9100D.

Standard B-Handle Pip-pins

Approved and Ready to Fly! Manufactured to NASM Norms, and tested to NAS standards. Wixroyd introduce a range of in-stock, well priced Aviation grade pip-pins! From 3/16" to 5/16" and upto 3.6" grip length.

Standard TA-Handle Pip-pins

Approved and Ready to Fly! Manufactured to NASM Norms, and tested to NAS standards. Wixroyd introduce a range of in-stock, well priced Aviation grade pip-pins! From 3/16" to 9/16" and upto 4.0" grip length.

Standard LA-Handle Pip-pins

Approved and Ready to Fly! Another new addition to our imperial range of Aviation grade pip-pins. As well as our standard range we can produce specials to your drawing.

Standard R-Handle Pip-pins

Approved and Ready to Fly! Manufactured to Aviation approved processes, imperial range of standard R-handle pip-pins. Standard sizes available from stock, with ability to manufacture from 3/16" to 1" pin dia, and upto 9.9" grip length.

T-Handle Pip-pin Single Acting

Part of our standard range of pip-pins, we have re-introduced a traditional T-handle grip in aluminium. Pin shaft remains available in two high shear resistant stainless steel material. Pin dia. from 5 to 12mm and grip length upto 80mm.

L-Handle Pip-pins Single Acting

Part of our standard range of pip-pins, we have re-introduced a traditional L-handle grip in aluminium. Pin shaft remains available in two high shear resistant stainless steel material. Pin dia. from 5 to 12mm and grip length upto 80mm.

Standard Pip-pins Single Acting

Part of our standard range of pip-pins, single acting pip-pin 3306 has ergonomic plastic handle for ease of handling. Available in diam 5 to 20mm and grip lengths upto 120mm. Capable of shear forces upto 439kN.

One Piece Pip-pins Single Acting

Part of our standard range of pip-pins, 3312 pip-pin 3312 is manufactured from a single piece of stainless with contoured grip machined into it. Design reduces Foreign Object Body (F.O.B) issues. Available in two material strengths, in dia. 5 to 20 mm.
