These threaded lifting pins are a reliable part for lifting and holding individual loads. Other lifting parts such as eye bolts need to be screwed into the component and removed again. This is often time-consuming. Other solutions require that you incorporate separate bored locating holes and this is not always possible for some components. Wixroyd's threaded lifting pins have an aluminium button (below the movable shackle) which the user can push to release the pins for easy installation. In this way, you can utilise threads that already exist, streamlining the process, making these lifting pins the ideal solution for inserting and removing the lifting pin quickly and easily.
To prevent the button from being depressed and releasing the threaded lifting pin at the wrong moment, the shackle is equipped with a prevention bar. The maximum lifting capacity can range up to 840 Kg depending on the model. The exceptional lifting capacity of these threaded lifting pins has been certified by TÜV Süd, and they are CE-compliant.
The threaded lifting pins are available in two materials:
Steel, heat-treated with manganese phosphate
Precipitation hardened stainless steel (1.4542)
Both versions are protected against corrosion and heat-resistant up to 250°C. The stainless steel lifting pin is weather-resistant and therefore exceptionally suited to outdoor use. From stock, these lifting pins are available in thread sizes M10, M12 and M16. Each is produced in accordance with European safety and environmental standards and is certified as such with the CE mark.
