Grippers are used to enhance handling capability in machining operations, with a variety of different tooth patterns suitable for different applications. Solid carbide and hardened steel Grippers are mounted into fixtures to clamping force surface of a workpiece, securing it without distortion. This makes them especially useful for clamping cast and forged parts such as pipes and tubes. They are also versatile enough to be fixed into clamps, stops, vices and chucks.
Our Abrasive Diamond Surface Pads are comparable to 100 grit abrasive value and ideal for holding smooth or slippery components, where you need minimum of clamping pressure and minimal surface marking. Soft Urethane Pads are also available for non-marking and non-staining workholding that allows air to escape through its bubbled surface, which is especially useful for avoiding suction.
Carbide Insert Pads are especially suited for clamping cast and forged parts, as well as delicate workpieces such as pipes and tubes.
These Carbide Tipped Gripping Pads press down onto the surface of the components to give safe holding without distortion. Especially suitable in chucks, vices and robotic grippers for extra grip.

Ball Bearing Self-aligning Pads serve as stops, supports and thrust elements in jigs and fixtures. They can also be fitted to existing clamping elements.
Stainless Steel Rest Pads for use as stops, supports etc. in jigs and fixtures. Can be fastened from rear using appropriate bolt, or alternatively via use of a differential screw.
Non-marking, Non-staining Urethane Pads permanently bonded to the stainless steel body. Bubbled texture of Urethane Pad allows air to escape, so avoiding any suction action.
