Precision levelling adjusters enable accurate levelling, locating and adjusting of motors, machinery and much more, under heavy loads where simply using regular height adjuster is insufficient. There are three main features to their design: a threaded mounting bolt, nut base and end-stop with built in circlip. The fine thread of the mounting bolt and base allows for precise adjustment as well as easy re-adjustment through use of a hook spanner.
Wixroyd precision levelling adjusters are available in 5 different methods: standard, with tilt head, with locknut, with locknut and tilt head or just as precision shim and spacer. We highly recommend you refer to product data sheets for your applications, as fixing screws and washers may also require support if the bearing surface is out of parallel by more than 1. Please feel free to get in touch with our technical support team if further assistance is needed.
Tilt head precision adjuster designed for applications requiring both height adjustment and precise adjustment of non-parallel surfaces, with a maximum angle of tilt 4°.
After setting the height, the structure can be bolted down using a suitable 8,8 strength bolt. Made from zinc plated steel or stainless (A1, A4 on request).
Precision adjuster for setting height and then bolting down. Designed for use in applications with limited space. Made from zinc plated steel or stainless (A1, A4 on request)
Tall design tilt head precision adjuster with locking nut. Designed for applications where a wide adjustment range is required from 15 to 40mm.
Precision adjuster for setting height and then bolting down. Designed for use in applications with limited space. Made from zinc plated steel.
Designed for applications where a wide adjustment range is required - height adjustment is equal to 15 to 40mm.
Ball shim leveller or compensating non-level surfaces up to an angle of 4°. M<made from zinc plated steel or stainless steel (A1 or A4 on request).
For use with our 62000 and 62140 precision adjusters when the height of an adjuster on its own is insufficient to bridge a gap.
Our machine mount 34900 is suitable for machinery with low frequency vibrations and for irregular floors. Rubber pad comes with an anti-slide cavity.
Wixroyd's vibration dampening machine mount is fully stainless and has 7o of articulation.
