T-Nuts and T-Bolts from Wixroyd
What is...
Commonly used in fixturing in machines and structures, T-Nuts are designed and shaped to fit in the fixtures of T-Slots. The shape enables them to be positioned anywhere along the slot but not rotate when a fastening is screwed into it.
A T-Bolt works on the same principle, but already has a male thread coming from it as a one-piece construction.
T-Nuts
T-Nuts, strength class 10. Made to DIN 508. Available in heat- treated steel.
T-Nuts with anti-slip device. Available in heat-treated steel. The spring element prevents horizontal and vertical slipping of T-Nut.
Extended T-Nuts, strength class 10. The extended length of the T-Nut protects T-slots from damage.
Rhombus T-Nuts, steel, heat-treated. Very useful on long T-slots or where workpiece layout prohibits the introduction of bolts or nuts from the end of the T-slot. Keep slots clean to ensure accurate fit.
T-Nuts, semi-finished, made to strength class 10. Useful for machining unusual thread sizes or imperial threads.
T-Nuts, semi-finished. Stainless steel (AISI 304, 1.4301).
T-Bolts
T-Slot Bolts, strength class 8,8/10,9. Forged steel, rolled thread.
Milled T-slot flat faces. Produced to DIN 787.
T-Slot Bolts, extra strength - class 12,9. Forged steel, rolled threads. For use where higher clamping forces are required.
Rhombus T-Slot Bolt, strength class 8,8. This unique T-slot bolt combines the integral strength of a one piece T-bolt, with the functionality of a rhombus type nut to provide access to T-slots where workpiece layout prohibits the introduction of standard T-slot bolts no. 21000.
Studs, strength class 8,8/10,9. Forged steel, rolled thread, heat-treated. Produced to DIN 6379.
Studs. Forged steel, rolled thread, heat treated to tensile strength 12,9.
Studs. l2 longer than DIN 6379 version, part no. 21100. Longer thread length provides added security.
