What are T-Slot Bolts?
T-Slot Bolts are fixing elements for tooling machines such as CNC machines. They combine a solid metal T-Bolt with a square based T-Nut used for fixturing in machines and structures. Wixroyd T-Bolts are made to DIN 787/DIN 637 from forged steel with rolled thread, with strength classes of 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9. Suitable fixture nuts and washers also available.

Standard T-Nuts, rhombus T-Nuts, extended T-Nuts and semi-finished T-Nuts. Available in metric sizes M4 - M48. Different finishes available.

T-Slot Bolts in strength class 8,8/10,9 made from forged steel with rolled thread. Suitable fixture nuts & washers 24300, 24400 and 25000.
Unique T-Slot Bolt combines the integral strength of a one piece T-Bolt, with the functionality of a rhombus type T-Nut. Rolled thread and made from heat-treated steel.
T-Slot Bolts in extra strength class 12,9 for where increased clamping forces will be used. Rolled thread with T-Slot faces milled, made from forged steel.
Standard strength class studs in steel grades 8,8 or 10,9 dependent on the thread size. Made from forged steel with rolled threads.
Extra strong fixturing studs in steel strength class 12,9 to DIN 6379. Used when high clamping forces are needed. Made from forged steel with rolled thread.
Longer length T-Studs than DIN 6379. Available in strength class 8,8. Longer thread length provides added security when high forces are used.
