To ensure full clearance for secure engagement of bearings, the minimum clearance d4 is required in material. See product table for details.
For some softer materials such as aluminium, or where there is regular and repeated use, we recommend our hardened locating bushes or liners.
We also proved a stainless steel model for occasional outdoor use. It is not intended for permanent or long term exposure to the outdoor environment or conditions.
Due to the radius on the underside of the lifting face, please ensure x-min is adhered to. Also note x-max to avoid stress on pin when used as angle lift. See product table for details.Â

Knowledgebase Questions
The lifted load can be turned on the Lifting Pin to bring it into the right position but it is NOT allowed to rotate continually.
It is not allowed to secure people directly to a structure of any kind with the Lifting Pin. The handle is specifically designed for a connection, for example lifting hook to lift a pallet. Additionally the handle design prevents the pin from accidently actuating the button.
